We have crossed into a new season.

There is always a moment when you feel it. The light looks different. The air has a different edge to it. Something that was green begins to turn. Nature does not ask permission before it changes. It simply knows when it is time.

I think we know too.

The question is whether we listen.

There are things we know long before we are ready to admit that we know them. A relationship has changed. A job no longer fits. Something we once wanted does not feel the same anymore. Or maybe something new keeps pulling at us and we cannot quite explain why.

We look for confirmation. We ask other people. We wait for a sign.

And sometimes the sign is the fact that we keep asking.

As we moved out of September, three cards came forward in our Embracing the Future You gathering:
The High Priestess, Sister Wind and Nine of Water/ Rainbow Mirror.

I have been sitting with that.

Not because I think the cards are telling us what comes next. I think they are asking us to pay attention to what we already know as the season begins to turn.

Maybe October is less about finding the answer and more about trusting ourselves enough to hear it.

That is where I want to begin this month at Embracing the Future You.
