Hello September.

The 9th month. A natural checkpoint. A moment to pause and ask the question most of us are quietly asking anyway.

How is the year actually going?

Not the version we present to the world. The real one. The one we check in with when no one is watching.

This month I am bringing numerology into the room. Each of us has a personal year number, a current running through everything we have experienced in 2026. The decisions. The pivots. The things that unfolded exactly as we hoped and the ones that humbled us completely.

September is when I like to look at where you are on that journey and what the final months of the year may still hold for you.

Because sometimes it's only when you look back that you realize just how far you've moved forward.
