Happy Holidays and Solstice,
As we close out 2025 and look toward the threshold of a new year, I extend thoughts of LOVE, ease, and joy to you this holiday season.
This year has asked a lot of us. There’s been letting go, clearing out what no longer serves us. Completion. We have all felt weight of it, the heaviness, the endings, the necessary releases. Know this, you are not alone. We’ve been doing some deep work.
During this holiday time, I encourage you to:
• Be gentle with yourself
• Allow yourself to feel whatever emerges without judgment
• Remember that you are exactly where you need to be
• Trust that LOVE is always the answer
2026 is a Universal 1 Year. A fresh start. The beginning of a new nine-year cycle.
The good news is we get to wipe the slate clean and set intentions from a place of clarity, not from the exhaustion of what we’ve been carrying. This is a year for new beginnings. For courage. For stepping into who you’re becoming instead of who you’ve been.
Keep this in mind: while we’re all riding the wave of this 1 year energy… maybe recovering from everything we just moved through 😅, each of us will experience our own Personal Year cycle. Your intentions for this new year need to honor BOTH.
