A Thanksgiving Message from Tony 2025

Thanksgiving is fast approaching, Today I find myself reflecting not only on being grateful but on the profound power of being present; of being here, now, with whatever this time and moment brings.

2025 has asked a lot of us. There have been moments of deep challenges alongside surprising gifts of grace. Times when the ground felt unsteady beneath our feet, and times when the universe granted us with exactly what we needed. Through it all, what remains constant is this: we are here and we have each other.

I’ve been thinking about something I share often in sessions - the difference between your triggered heart and your true heart. Your triggered heart reacts from old wounds, habits and fears. Your true heart knows, even in difficulty, that you are held by something greater. This Thanksgiving, I invite you to take a moment and listen to your true heart.

Let’s Meet People Where They Are

The recent years has brought deep divisions; in families, friendships, and communities. Many of you are facing Thanksgiving tables where political views, life choices, or beliefs have created painful distance. I want to remind you: you can hold your truth AND create space to listen to someone whose views oppose yours.

Listening doesn’t mean agreeing…. or surrendering. It can mean recognizing the divine spark in every person, even when their perspective feels foreign or frightening. When you meet someone from your true heart rather than your triggered heart, something shifts. You don’t have to change your mind, but you might change the energy in the environment.

Before difficult conversations, pause. Breathe. Ask yourself: “Am I speaking from my wounds or from my wisdom?”

Remembering the Unseen

This Thanksgiving, countless people will be alone. Many, not by choice, but by circumstance. Grief, distance, estrangement, or simply having no one to call. If you know someone who’s alone, reach out. Show some LOVE. A simple text, a call, an invitation - it matters more than you know.

And if you’re the one who’s alone this Thanksgiving, please know: you are not alone. You are seen. You matter. Your presence here is a gift, even if it doesn’t feel that way.

Whispering Greatness

I talk about “whispering greatness” all the time, but let me clarify what I mean: It’s the act of speaking to the highest truth in someone - including yourself. It’s reminding someone (and yourself) of their inherent worth, their true capacity for LOVE, their divine spark.

When you whisper greatness to someone, you’re not complimenting their outfit or their accomplishments. You’re seeing past their defenses, their struggles, their masks and you’re speaking to their soul. You’re saying, “I see you, the brilliance in you, even if you can’t see it right now.”

Take a moment and start with yourself. Look in the mirror and whisper: “I see you. You are worthy of LOVE. You are enough. You have everything you need within you.” Then, radiate that feeling to others. Especially to those who feel forgotten, dismissed, or alone.

A Grounding Practice

Before you gather with loved ones (or if you’re spending this day alone), try this:

- Take a breath

- Feel get grounded from the base of the spine down deep into the Earth

- Ask yourself: “What am I actually experiencing and feeling right now?” (not what your mind says should be happening)

- Notice without fixing, allow without judging

- Whisper to yourself: “I AM here. The universe has my back”

This season, I’m inviting us all to:

- Practice kindness

- Listen, even to someone whose views challenge you - not to change them, but to understand them

- Reach out and connect

- Acknowledge those who feel invisible

- Share your light, even when (especially when) things feel dark

- Whisper greatness to yourself first, then to others

- Remember that LOVE is both the question and the answer

I want you to know: your presence in my life; whether through sessions, workshops, messages, or simply reading these words…has shaped who I am. You reflect back to me my own capacity for LOVE, healing and greatness. Through you, I remember why I do this work.

There are no words to express my gratitude for the trust you place in me. Thank you for allowing me to witness your journey, for teaching me through your courage to keep growing even when it gets hard.

May your Thanksgiving be filled with moments of genuine connection. May you feel the LOVE that’s always been there, right there in the surface, waiting for you to notice.

When in doubt, remember: You’ve got this. You are the spark of the universe experiencing itself.

Act accordingly.

LOVE your way,

Create a beautiful day,

T
