Happy Holidays: A Message of LOVE & Light 2024
Happy Holidays,
As we recognize the winter solstice, the holidays, and approach the end of 2024, I want to extend to you thoughts of LOVE, ease, and Joy this holiday season.
Remember: Everything is energy, and everything is connected. We are connected. We are ALL connected. This year has been an integral journey of collective growth, challenges, and transformations. If one lingers in judgment, blame, and victimization, they can be trapped in those repetitive cycles. So, lets choose to marinade in the feeling of Ease, Health, Joy, and accomplishment!
While we reflect on the past year and dream of 2025, we need to remember that our power lives in this present moment. The past exists in our memories, the future in our imagination, but NOW is where we can create change.
In order to create change, one has to BE the change. In order to allow for change, we will need to, on some level, take ownership and acceptance of the world around us. I have always said, acceptance isn't about liking everything that happened, it's about acknowledging what is. This acceptance makes way for a clean slate—a new space for possibility.
While you look back at 2024, I invite you to practice this gentle acceptance. What if every experience - even the challenging ones - was, maybe, possibly, in fact - orchestrated for your growth and evolution?
During this holiday time, I encourage you to:
• Notice where you're holding tension and breathe into those spaces
• Allow yourself to feel whatever emerges without judgment
• Every meditation, like every year has its own rhythm. Expansion and contraction
• Remember that you are more powerful than you even know
For Those Feeling Overwhelmed:
If you're feeling overwhelmed or processing deep emotions, remember what I always say - you're not alone. Sometimes the most profound healing happens when we simply acknowledge where we are and allow ourselves to be held by something greater. Allow for your inner nurture and inner healer.

As we step toward 2025, I'm filled with profound gratitude for you; my friends, my clients, and my family of choice. Your trust, your courage, and your willingness to BE your best self continue to inspire me.
