Spring Time: Time to kick ass..um, assumptions.. April 2017
"Where do I begin?...."
Wow... it's April already! This is where I could say something about Spring - rebirth, fertile ground. To some, it signifies a beginning, a new existence. For others, a time to mourn what once has been.
If I am being honest, as much as I enjoy this time of year, I feel like I am playing catch up. Mostly because I desire a deep spring cleaning to make room for the new. Yet, Soooo much is going on! I know you feel it as well.
There is a pregnancy in the air. I find I have to continually remind people to breathe and let go of their expectations and projected feelings.
The seeds have been planted and expectancy is abound.
Whatever you do, remember, it's not a time to shut down and hide. As we can see in the world around us, it is a time to release the old habits of limitation and fear. A time to nurture the goals and intentions we desire for ourselves and others. It is a time to open up and live a life of your choosing.
In my mind's eye, I keep seeing that blank canvas and the clean slate. Symbols that we can start anew. We remember to continue to create a life of your own making - from a conscious place. A point where we are in our power.
Where is your starting point?
Clear out to create the clean slate. I know for me, personally, this can be a challenge. I can hold on to "stuff" - all kinds of stuff - physical, mental, emotional beliefs. And yes, even high spiritual states can be a limitation or a distraction. Being as present and honest about our stuff helps us to see it for what it really is.
This is a great time to make room for the new. I usually find myself asking. - do I really need to hold on to this? Is it really serving me in my life?
Does this enhance my life in any way? Is this for my highest good?
There are a few things you may want to keep in mind :
* Remember to realign yourself (for some, just begin to align) to the flow. For me, meditation is the quickest way to get back in the flow. For others prayer; writing down their goals and desires; discussions with friends; learning to ask for help; sitting in a church or a sacred place. Whatever it is - have the courage to come back home to who you
really are.
* Let's also remember that this is a time we might want to make a huge move.
Being patient and present is key. With this feelings of wanting to bust out of these feelings of expectancy, we may make radical choices, or jump to radical conclusions. It's best to be in the moment while waiting for the things around us to germinate and take roots. Honor the process while allowing for divine timing.
*Make space in your life for a new reality (i.e.. FEEL how you would be feeling yourself in your every day with that new reality in your life.)
-What would it feel like to have that love at your breakfast table?
-What does it feel like to wake up feeling healed or what would it feel like if you could walk around knowing you have enough in the bank?
-How does it feel knowing you are safe on all levels?
The list goes on.
Make room for a new beginning.
You've got this! I believe in you!
Remember to believe in yourself!
LOVE LOVE LOVE
LOVE your way!
Create a beautiful day!
