I am one of those people who believes we should express feelings of love all the time-- not just on February 14th.

That said, I wish there was an aspect of Valentine's Day which also spoke of unconditional love. The more I think about the attraction, the more I see that we can really use a good dose of empowerment, support, self- love, and acceptance around here. Most of the time, I would settle for some self-respect and compassion. But, it is a special time, so I say let's aim a bit higher. LOVE-unconditional and empowering allowing of your true self.
