What If You Choose To See Differently? November 2018

I don't have to tell you-- You already know who you are...Unique! You are a person who sees the world through your own personal lens and filters. You desire a life, amd a world, full of possibilities. You desire to fulfill and to be led by that spark in your heart. The spark that you noticed when you were a child. You know the one...it says, "You're going to be someone who makes a difference. You have a place in this world."

When you make time to get past the mental noise, to find that inner stillness; you begin to sense there is something out there. That something which is unknown, yet deeply exciting. In moments of silence, you can feel it coming closer.

Our perceptions and choices govern how we move forward in life. What we perceive in life as "out there" in fact occurs as mental activity in our brains. We don't simply "see" orange-- but merely the way light reflecting off the orange stimulates the nerves in our eyes, which then stimulate the nerves in our brain. All of which creates a mental image of what we assume as "out there." Same is true with our other senses. But what if we tried to perceive things another way?

What if you choose to see differently?

I remember often that energy is energy. It can't be created or destroyed. It simply changes. Therefore, if we are energy, we can't be created or destroyed. Energy desires to take form. If we think of thoughts and feelings as energy, we have to ask ourselves what thoughts and feelings are we putting out there? Are we following that inner spark? And what form is it taking?

In truth, you may not know (or may choose to forget) that everything you are, everything you need, and everything you desire... is already there. To bring ourselves to a desired goal we need to only imagine, to feel, and to perceive what we desire. The launching point is to say YES to the new. Create a new pathway which yearns to flow from you, so you may allow it into being. We have to feel and know it as if it is already there.

Be, as Gandhi says "You must be the change you want to see in the world"

I can hear your collective sigh and eye rolling!: "Tony I know all this. I have heard it before! I meditate, I visualize, I try to create my goal. I try for happiness. It all isn't moving and I feel blocked. It just seems to be getting worse."

I hear you. It's looking rough out there and if we are plugging into the media... it doesn't seem to be letting up.

Ok, so if you truly and honestly feel that you have done the work and have set your intentions toward getting to the next level, then I have only one question...

Have you tried letting go?

I mean really letting go, not just saying it. Whether we like it or not, we are conditioned to feel that there will alway be a struggle. Some of us live in constant fear of what is going to go wrong. Some of us plan ahead for the possible failures and disappointments. Yet, know this, there is a thing that happens when you let go. Many of us have heard of, or perhaps experienced, a great love falling into our lap when we weren't even looking for it. Life usually shows up when we throw up our hands and say "I give up." This action creates a space in our energy field to be filled with whatever is out there for your highest good.

For this month let's:

  • Practice seeing things in a new way

  • Find and demonstrate gratitude.

  • Choose to create more space in ourselves to allow for the next great thing we desire.

  • Practice some detachment.

  • Let go of the expectation that life can only show up the way we expect it to.

That in-dwelling greatness wants to take form. Make room for it by getting out of the way!

You are brilliant! Shine on!
Love your way
Create a beautiful day.
