Intentions... remember them? What desire or goal have you put out there for yourself? How are you doing on your journey towards allowing for that feeling of achievement?

September. The official end of summer. A time where we are all subtly drawn to "get our act together." It's a time for many of us to get back to work, to school, or to the school of life. It really is an exciting time if we could put ourselves in the mindset of embracing the new, while also preparing to harvest the fruits of our intentions.

It's hard to believe it's August! Tony is just back from LA and there is a LOT going on! We had a partial lunar eclipse on August 7th. We also have a total lunar eclipse coming up on August 21st.

Not to mention everything else...

This week in the US we celebrate Independence and Freedom.

Last month, I was having a late (mostly liquid) lunch/early dinner with a good friend from London. She is amazing, intelligent, creative, innovative. Quite simply, a pioneer in her field. Nothing will stop this woman from succeeding. Her commitment to her work and growth is an inspiration. She claims her place in the sun. I always recognize that I am just plain old lazy in comparison. This woman knows how to create the life she wants and how to claim it. A virtual bad ass. She is so beautiful inside and out. I'm a fan. Like most of the people I know, I am blessed to be able to call her a friend.

Ahhhh the the start of the summer. The days are getting longer. The clothes are getting lighter. A time when we can breath in and contemplate ease and joy.
